New Admin Wanted

To all members who wish to be an admin.
If you wish to become one of the admins then you must first complete an essay on why you want the Job. The essay must also include why you think you would be good for the job. All essays must be sent into Eru by January 10 2004.
After all essays have been turned in, then Eru will choose three that he thinks are the best. Members will then vote on the candidate they think is best for the job. The voting will take place on January 13-18 and the essays will be kept anonymous so that it is a fair voting.

Not enough applied, so their will be no vote, i have offered the position to some one, and it has been accepted. our new admin is Tulkas!

Umm...did Tulkas apply. i am kind of disappointed with the fact that I spent my time writing an essay on why I would like to be admin and that it never went through any process. As long as their is more than one entry, there is enough to vote off of....

I also am very disappointed, I wrote an essay, and it also had no reveiw. I am dissapointed that you wouls also give a position like that to someone with not even 60 posts. This is very unacceptable, and has obviously had no thought watsoever, I hope that you at the very least read my reply and honour it. It looks as though I am not the only disappointed one. We should at least have a vote between, LoveLij, Tulkas and I.
As I have said, very little thought has gone into this and i am thoroughly disappointed, thankyou,

You may not care...it hasn't even look like you've been reading this thread, but I need to get soemthing out! I am disappointed witht his site. You say votes are going to take place for icon and admin. People put their time and effort into writing essays, making icons, sending them to you. Let me say that is not an easy thing for me, especially because my computer is so slow. I have parental controls, so I had to get Eru's address approved before I could send him anything! It took a very long timeto do so! I am tired of getting pushed around! I am tired of doing something and not even have a CHANCe at winning it! I mean really! Think of it in our point of view! Please consider this!

Well it seems to me if you say your gonna have a vote then you should have a vote. Especially since it looks like several people sent in stuff.
Not to mention writing an essay isn't exactly the best way to pick an admin...I mean since when did the ability to write well make someone a good administrator.
Anyway, just my 2 cents.

Yeah, I am tired of all the dictatorship! And the admins not taking what the members have seriously. I have made soem complaints and no one even cared!
